Oral presentation at the MRS Spring Meeting & Exhibit in Waikiki
I gave an oral presentation titled Autoregressive Transformer for Disordered Crystal Generation at the MRS Spring Meeting & Exhibit in Waikiki, in Symposium MT03: Atomistic and Generative Modeling for Materials Chemistry and Closed-Loop Design.
Huge mahalo to everyone I had the chance to meet and learn from. It was especially inspiring to exchange ideas with so many outstanding researchers working in the same broader space. The meeting sharpened my perspective on the gap between generative design and predictive synthesis, and it deepened my thinking about where the field needs to go next.
P.S. After a 16-hour flight, I landed in the morning and was taken straight to Diamond Head by a colleague to fight off jet lag. The view from the top was totally worth it!
